Stir Fried Veggies


1/2 cup thickly sliced mushrooms
1/2 cup broccoli florets
1/4 cup diagonally cut baby corn
1/2 cup sliced zucchini (unpeeled)

½ cup Paneer (cottage cheese)
1 tsp olive oil / low fat salted Butter
1/2 cup sliced onions
2 tsp chopped garlic
1 cup Bell Peppers , cut into thin strips
2 cups Spinach (palak) into pieces

½ tsp crushed pepper
salt to taste

Add Italian herb and chilly flake for seasoning as per your liking.


  1. Heat the oil/Butter in a broad non-stick pan; add the onions and garlic and sauté on a medium flame for 1 minute.
  1. Add all the remaining ingredients, except the lettuce, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 3 to 4 minutes, while stirring occasionally.
  2. Add salt and pepper and serve immediately.
